Virtual treatments are also available, ideal if you are stuck at work, struggling with childcare or feeling under the weather. If your case is urgent, virtual appointments may be available sooner than in-person appointments. Please contact for availability and to see if your condition is suitable.

In order to do this, the Physiotherapist carries out an extensive assessment on your first visit and reviews any relevant medical tests / medical records.

Treatment Coverage

We accept private patients, patients with extended health care plans and motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients.

For MVA patients, we will direct bill to your auto insurance company if you qualify. You must present for treatment within ten business days of your collision. If your injuries were severe or it has been longer than 2-3 weeks since your accident, you may need to use your extended health care benefits first. Any remaining balances for treatment are then covered by your car insurance.

Jenny is highly experienced in treating conditions such as sports injuries, neck and back problems, orthopaedic, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), concussion and occupational injuries. She is a very hand-on practitioner who employs soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, manual therapy, exercise, electrotherapy and education to help restore her patients back to their full function and prevent recurrence. Jenny offers a unique treatment experience with one-to-one care for your entire treatment in a calm relaxed environment. Beyond just treating the symptoms, Jenny prides herself on resolving the root cause, restoring you back to your full function. Jenny graduated with a BSc (Hons) - Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham (UK) and BSc (Hons) - Rehabilitation Science from the University of Wolverhampton (UK). She has completed post-grad qualifications in acupuncture, McKenzie’s Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT), Concussion Management and BPPV, sports and remedial massage and Sports Therapy. In the UK, Jenny operated a private practice treating professional athletes and professional sports teams across soccer, cricket, netball, basketball and rugby. Additionally, she regularly treated orchestra musicians, conductors, professional dancers, stage actors and pop groups. Jenny established a physiotherapy service for the second largest police force in the UK, treating officer for MVAs, occupational injuries, orthopaedic conditions and sports injuries. She also provided consultancy to other companies on reducing occupational injuries. Jenny is a keen sports person having competed in show jumping, dressage for many years and sailing. She also enjoying hiking, yoga, cycling, outrigging and cross country skiing.
